2 lbs. boneless, skinless chicken thighs
1/2 cup FRENCH'S® Classic Yellow® Mustard Sweet
1 Tbsp. smoked paprika
2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. salt
ARRANGE chicken in slow cooker. Combine remaining ingredients and spread over chicken. Cover and cook on High 3 to 5 hours or Low 7 to 8 hours.
SHRED chicken and serve over polenta, mashed potatoes or in tortillas with shredded cheddar cheese and shredded lettuce.
