2 lbs. red potatoes, cubed
1/3 cup FRENCH'S® Classic Yellow® Mustard
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1/3 cup sour cream
2 hard cooked eggs, chopped
1/2 cup diced celery
2 Tbsp. diced red onion
2 Tbsp. minced parsley
COOK potatoes in boiling salted water about 10 min. until tender; drain and cool.
PLACE potatoes in bowl with remaining ingredients; toss to coat.
SEASON with salt and pepper to taste. Chill.
