4 Portuguese rolls
2 cups FRENCH'S™ Crunchy Toppers™ Dill Pickles
3/4 cup butter , (1 1/2 sticks )softened
1/4 cup FRENCH'S® Classic Yellow® Mustard
1/2 lb. sliced boiled ham
1/2 lb. thinly sliced roast pork
1/4 lb. Swiss cheese slices
HEAT your panini press on high setting (425°F)with closed lid.
SPREAD 2 tablespoons of the butter on one half of each roll and 1 tablespoon of Mustard on the other half of each roll.
PLACE 1 to 2 layers of ham, pork, and cheese on the buttered half of each roll and pile on 1/2 cup Crispy Dill Pickles. Top with the mustard-spread half of roll. Press firmly down of each sandwich to flatten.
SMEAR the remaining butter all over the outside of each sandwich.
PLACE each sandwich on grill, pressing lid down firmly. Grill for 5 to 6 minutes.
If you need to grill one sandwich at a time, wrap each sandwich in heavy foil when done and place in 200°F oven to keep warm.
