5 Tbsp. FRENCH'S® Classic Yellow® Mustard, divided
2 Tbsp. honey barbecue sauce
6 Tbsp. Italian seasoned dry bread crumbs
2 Tbsp. minced parsley
PLACE meat in large bowl. Mix 2 tbsp. mustard with barbecue sauce; set aside for glaze.
ADD remaining 3 tbsp. mustard and remaining ingredients to meat in bowl. Gently mix until combined. Shape into small loaf in greased baking dish.
BAKE at 350°F for 50 min. until meat tests done (160°F internal temperature). Baste meat with reserved glaze. Bake 5 min. longer.
