1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips
1 package (21 ounces) teriyaki stir-fry meal starter frozen vegetable combination
1 1/3 cups FRENCH'S® Crispy Fried Onions or Crispy Fried Onions White Cheddar
1 cooked white rice, (optional)
HEAT oil in large nonstick skillet or wok until hot; stir-fry chicken about 5 minutes or until browned.
ADD vegetables; stir-fry until crisp-tender. Stir in contents of sauce packet; cook until heated through.
PLACE Crispy Fried Onions on a microwave-safe plate. Cook on HIGH 1 minute until golden. Sprinkle over chicken stir-fry. Serve with rice, if desired.
Tip: Substitute a 16 oz. pkg. frozen Oriental vegetables plus 3/4 cup stir-fry sauce or teriyaki glaze sauce.
