3 Tbsp. butter
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1 tsp. salt
2 1/2 cups milk
2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
8 oz. pasta, cooked and drained
2 cups FRENCH'S® Crispy Fried Onions
PREHEAT oven to 350°F. Melt butter in medium saucepan over low heat. Stir in flour and salt. Gradually stir in milk and bring to a boil. Cook, stirring constantly, until mixture is thickened and bubbly, about 5 minutes. Stir in cheese.
TOSS cooked pasta with cheese sauce and 1 cup FRENCH'S® Crispy Fried Onions and turn into 1 1/2 quart casserole.
BAKE 20 minutes or until mixture is bubbling. Top with remaining onions and bake 5 minutes or until onions are golden.
