1 (10 oz.) package frozen broccoli florets, thawed and drained, cooked, cooled, and chopped.
1 cup Panko bread crumbs
6 oz. FRENCH'S® Crispy Fried Onions
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. dried Italian seasoning, melted
1/2 cup margarine
6 eggs, beaten
MIX cooked chopped broccoli, Panko, Crispy Onions, cheese, seasoning and eggs together in large bowl. Cover, and chill in the refrigerator about 1 hour, until moisture has been absorbed.
PREHEAT oven to 325° F. Roll the chilled mixture into 1 inch balls, and arrange on a medium baking sheet.
BAKE 15 to 20 minutes until browned. Serve.
