1 Tbsp. butter
1 Tbsp. flour
8 oz. light beer
12 oz. cheddar cheese , finely shredded
1 Tbsp. FRENCH'S® Dijon Mustard
salt and pepper to taste
MELT butter in small saucepan over medium heat.
WHISK in flour and cook for a minute or two until golden.
SLOWLY pour beer in while whisking constantly so the mixture slightly thickens. Cook for 5 minutes while stirring.
REDUCE the heat to low and stir in the cheese and Mustard until melted. Season with salt and pepper as desired. Serve with Jalapeño Pretzel Dogs.
